Welcome back to a new school term! We are delighted to offer a fantastic range of after-school activities to keep your children engaged, active, and learning new skills.

Please read the following information carefully, as there are several changes from last term, including varying start and end dates for specific clubs (see the table below for the dates)

Payment and Booking Information

School-Run Clubs: These must be paid for in advance via for the full term.

To register your child, please complete the Google Form:

Once you apply, we will manually upload the fee to your account (this process can take a few days).

External Provider Clubs: Payments and bookings must be made directly through the respective provider websites.

External Provider Clubs

  • Premier Education – sports clubs

Premier Education is offering four sports clubs. All bookings must be made online, and places are strictly limited to 20 children per club on a first-come, first-served basis. The school office cannot accept payments for these clubs.

  • Football (Years 3–6): Tuesdays
  • Tennis (Years 1–6): Wednesdays
  • Football (Years 1–2): Thursdays
  • Athletics (Years 1–6): Fridays

Lunchtime Clubs (Learning - Extra Curricular menu tab)

CLUB TERMS, CONDITIONS & EXPECTATIONS

Collection and Attendance

  • Prompt Collection: Children must be collected on time at 4:15 pm unless stated otherwise. Late collection may result in your child losing their place.
  • Authorized Adults: All children must be collected by an adult over the age of 16. (Year 6 pupils are only permitted to walk home alone during the Summer term, provided prior written consent has been given).
  • Siblings: Siblings who are not registered in a club must be collected at the normal school dismissal time. They cannot stay behind to wait.
  • Absences: If your child is at school but cannot attend their club that day, you must provide a written note. Without a note, they will be expected to attend. Children who are absent from school during the day cannot attend an after-school club.

Equipment and Behaviour

  • Clothing: Children must bring appropriate clothing and equipment (e.g., full PE kit for sports clubs).
  • Behaviour Policy: Excellent behaviour is expected. We operate a three-strike policy: after two warnings for misbehaviour, a child will lose their place on the third occasion.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • School Cancellations: If a session is cancelled by the school or coach, a credit will be applied to your ParentPay account.
  • Child Absence: No refunds or credits will be issued if your child misses a session due to personal illness or absence.
  • Payment Deadline: Full payment must be received before the club programme begins. If payment is outstanding, your child will not be able to participate and must be collected at the normal end of the school day.

Confirmation of Places

  • We will only contact you if your child does NOT secure a place in a club. If you do not hear from us, your child has successfully been allocated a spot.
 

IMPORTANT ACTION REQUIRED FOR ALL PARENTS

  • All Children Must Reapply: Please note that places do not automatically carry over from last term (with the exception of Choir).
  • Securing Your Child's Place: Your child's space is not guaranteed until you have both completed the relevant registration form and submitted payment (via ParentPay for school-led clubs, or directly to the external providers).
